1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or registering for SmartBill4U (via web application or mobile companion), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions established by NP Softhub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"). If you do not agree to all terms, please discontinue usage immediately.

2. Subscription & Free Trial License

SmartBill4U provides an initial 15-Day Free Trial with full access to POS counter billing, inventory management, and digital ledgers. Following trial expiration, continued access requires subscription to one of our active software plans (Basic, Standard, or Enterprise) as published on our Pricing Page.

3. Account Security & Tenant Credentials

Each store owner is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and staff access permissions. The Company maintains comprehensive background audit logs of all invoice creations, edits, and deletions to assist store owners in preventing employee misappropriation.

4. Service Availability & SLA

SmartBill4U is hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure aiming for 99.98% operational uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through dashboard banners during non-peak business hours.

5. GST Tax Filing & Compliance Disclaimer

SmartBill4U provides automated tax calculations (CGST/SGST/IGST) and exportable GSTR-1 summaries. Business owners remain ultimately responsible for the accuracy of their tax filings and compliance with relevant GST regulations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jharkhand, India.
