NP Softhub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "SmartBill4U") operates the SmartBill4U Cloud POS Billing, Multi-Godown Inventory & GST ERP platform. We understand that your business accounts, supplier costs, customer ledgers, and sales turnover are critical business assets. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and protect your information when using our website and cloud services.
2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
SmartBill4U is built upon strict architectural data isolation:
- Tenant Isolation: Your business records (products, customers, invoices, margins) are strictly segregated by unique tenant identifiers and security tokens. No other shop or tenant can ever query or view your business data.
- Zero Data Monetization: We never sell, rent, monetize, or share your transaction data, pricing secrets, or customer phone numbers with third-party advertisers.
- End-to-End Transport Security: All data transmissions between your browser, POS counter barcode scanners, and AWS cloud servers are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS.
3. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Owner name, business store name, registered mobile number, email address, GSTIN (optional), and business address.
- Operational Data: Catalog inventory, product barcodes, daily invoices, payment modes (Cash/UPI/Card), and customer ledger records stored solely for your business operations.
- Audit & Security Logs: IP addresses, browser user agent, and timestamped staff activities (invoice creation, edit, return, cancellation) processed in background queues with 0ms added API latency for anti-fraud tracking.
4. WhatsApp & SMS Invoice Sharing
When you dispatch digital GST tax invoices to your customers via WhatsApp or SMS, their contact number is used strictly to transmit the designated PDF receipt link requested by your counter cashier. We do not use customer contact records for marketing.
5. Payment Gateway Security
Subscription payments for SmartBill4U license plans are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways (such as Razorpay / Cashfree / Stripe). We never store your full credit card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking passwords on our servers.
